I have heard of people being jinxed but FIGHTING DTS has taken it to a new level. With each SIDE BET week worth $10 ( unless you are unlucky enough to be on the worst team which costs $20 ) he has managed to lose $175 in 17 weeks. That is just like his team losing every week. But I just checked the standings and with BEN ( the PP guru, oh how he hates them ) currently residing in 45th place , it must be an attempt to pick their brains. More detail to Toby's post. For those who didn't make it to midnight--KC didn't have a chance to cover the spread of 7 Redskins were ahead for more than 3 quarters. Washington tied it at 20 with a little time left. KC moved it down to kick a field goal with 8 sec left to lead by 3. With 4 sec left Washington took the ball at the 25. After several laterals they fumbled the ball, KC picked it up and ran it in to win by 9!!!! Please send your condolences to Rexall who had a POM on Wash. He would have been in 3rd place YTD but is now in about 20th. ESPN called it "a hall of fame bad beat".

Once again I tried my theory that Carolina was just a lucky team. I take Atlanta with a "T" and get a whopping 13 /2 points. I only lose by 24 1/2. It's good I capped the losses at 6 points or I might have set a record.
For 12 weeks I have been convinced that Carolina is a lucky team that has been over rated. I have lost on them almost every eek but finally I gave in and put a PP on them against NO, a team that has scored a total of 20 points the last 2 weeks. With supposedly one of the top defenses in the NFL, they give up 38 points to NO and can't cover 7 points. I hope they never win another game. What a surprise. As i did the SIDE BET totals I dragged my team ( TOBY, BASS and WOLF PACK ) down to the second worse score f the week at -20. Fortunately, we were playing TACO BOB, BEST BET and REXALL who had the worst score of the week at -22. What a bonus $10. Actually 4 years ago I was the Dip Shit 3 weeks in a row. Using my poweful mathematical skills the odds of it happening 2 we ks in a row are 1681 to 1 and 3 weeks in a row they are 68,921 to 1.

Any time you see the league load up on one team, Mortgage everything you can, call the bookie, and go the other way! 38 guys on Minn. and not only does CLE cover but they win straight up. I would be willing to bet that when you see the league load uo, 80% of the time the other team will cover.
